1982 Zbigniew ('Ziggy') Karwowski takes a fundamental leadership role alongside Lech Walesa in the formation, organization and governing of the grassroots 'Solidarity' movement in Poland. Shortly after, Mr. Karwowski moves from Poland, to Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, bringing his education in computer science and electronics from Gdansk Poli-Technical University and operating system's software design experience from such companies as Siemens and Hitachi. In the United States he quickly becomes, a senior software architect and continues his professional carrier developing operating systems at Cray Research, Inc., a supercomputer producing company from Minneapolis.

1990 While working at Cray Research, Mr. Karwowski forms the company, ZH Computer, Inc., (www.zhcomputer.com), a highly sophisticated technological group whose sole objective is the pioneering of scientific software development between the United States and Eastern Europe. After creating multiple successful software products, Mr. Karwowski creates another software company, MillionZillion Software, Inc., (MZS), focusing on the invention and development of new-age software technology and novel styles of global business solutions.

1996 Mr. Karwowski pioneers an international joint venture organization through MZS that is supported by investors from Chicago, Illinois and Minneapolis, Minnesota.

1997 Mr. Karwowski and MZS establish a wholly owned Polish company called MillionZillion Software, Spolka z.o.o. (MZS-Poland). Fifty world-renowned professors and scientists join MZS organization, forming an Academic Membership Group that supplies mathematical/scientific solutions to MZS's software products. Mr. Maciej Drozdowski, a former Polish Consul to the United States on Economic Development, becomes the President of MZS-Poland.

1997-2002 MZS continues to thrive and produce cutting edge technology that combines software solutions with advanced mathematics. The company expands to over twenty software engineers/developers who design a web-based, central server business system originated in Oracle and SQL databases. MZS releases their newest technologies - E-Distribution, E-Insurance and Cheops® (www.mzchem.com), and delivers advanced e-commerce web sites/portals to various customers throughout the world (www.ryan.com.pl, www.introplace.com, www.entrepreneursplace.com).

2003 Mr. Karwowski conceives the concept of a Superior Trading System. This is a distinctive approach to global-trade and 'multi-dimensional' product packaging that results in an innovate technology called the 'Superior Trading System.' In expectation of this software, MZS launches a spin-off company, Superior Treasury, Inc. (www.suptre.com), the global center for registering, distributing and selling art, jewelry and fine collectibles and represents artists and galleries from many countries. Superior Treasury will become the first recipient of the Superior Trading System from MZS in mid 2004.

2004 MZS constructs and implements a state-of-the-art website/portal for the Minnesota American Indian Chamber of Commerce (www.maicc.org), linking the trade of American Indian products with the Superior Trading System. MZS and Superior Treasury will reveal the Superior Trading System in its entirety in mid 2004.
